Two Tone was "suppose" to be a commission for the 2014 World Gypsy Vanner Show to be held in Fort Worth, Texas. This piece was 12 hours along and sitting in her tablet on a camp chair when my best friend, Angela walks by with an bottle of orange Gatorade. It slips out of her hand, lands perfect straight up the on the floor in front of my chair and volcanoes out all over the commission.

Angela is mortified. I close the tablet and put it away saying "I guess it didn't want to be a commission."

It sat in my tablet for 2 years, then I thought... watercolor, Two Tone came to life. To this day Angela still calls it Gatorade.
